Lola's Famous Green Shakes
Lola & Dandelion
Dandelion greens (handful)
Mustard greens 1 stalk
1 small carrot
1 tsp ginger
1/2l lemon
Beets 4 slices
1 cup coconut water

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more liquid if needed. Chug it down and feel rejuvenated.

1 Lemon (peeled)
1/2 Apple
1/2 cup Carrots
Beets (3 slices)

1 cup Spinach
1 cup Almond Milk
Blend all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk to shake if it is to thick. Drink up, it does a body good.
